WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?
Spirit: (Strong's H7307) Ruwach - a wind, breath, blast of
breath.
"The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered
the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over
the surface of the waters."
Genesis 1:2
Spirit: (Strong's G4151) Pneuma - a current of air, blast of
breath, a strong breeze.
"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The
words I have spoken to you they are full of the Spirit
and life."

The Holy Spirit is a person.
"I will ask the Father, and He will give you another
Helper, that He may be with you forever."

The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Trinity.
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will

to your remembrance all that I said to you."

THE HOLY SPIRIT'S ROLE IN OUR LIVES
"Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave
Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised,
"Which," He said, "you heard of from Me; for John baptized
with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit
not many days from now, you will receive power when
the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My

Comfort
"And I will pray to the Father, and He shall give you

Spiritual Gifts

gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous
