TO BEGIN SERVING ON OUR TEAMS

1) Meet with new people.

People matter to God, so they matter to us.

"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."

2)Build relationships with the team.

Complete and sign the Volunteer Team Application, Agreement and HC Team Information form.

Real leaders are developed when we take a step towards intentional relationships.

"I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now."

3) Empower each other.

Connect one-on-one with a team leader or administrator by phone or email the following week for your next steps.

We are a people of purpose, working together on purpose.

"So we continue to tell people about Christ. We use all wisdom to counsel every person and teach every person. We are trying to bring everyone before God as people who have grown to be spiritually mature in Christ."
